How do I return an item that doesn't fit or that I no longer want?Updated 10 months ago

Outdoorplay accepts returns on products for up to 60 days after purchase as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, which includes any hang tags to receive a refund. Refunds for new, unopened, unused items will be credited back to your original form of payment, or to store credit if you prefer. Items that do not meet these criteria may only be eligible for a refund via store credit. You can read more about our refund policy, and start the return process on our website. Once the return has been received by our Returns Department, we will process your refund within a specified time frame, which is usually within 5-7 business days, and issue your refund.


If you have any trouble initiating a return online or have additional questions, you can contact our customer service team. We are available to assist you on weekdays. To return, there may be a shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us to proceed with the return.
