What should I do if I need to return an item that was delivered in unsatisfactory condition?Updated a month ago
Note: This policy does not apply to purchases made under "ALL SALES FINAL" or reduced return window terms of sale. If your order was placed between May 1, 2025 and July 15, 2025, your order is not eligible for return.
If an item is delivered to you in unsatisfactory condition, such as packaging being damaged or contents being exposed, we apologize for the inconvenience and are prepared to assist you with the return process. Oversized items that require a manual return process will be handled by us providing a UPS prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions provided in the email that includes the return label for efficiently processing your return.
