What should I do if I need to return an item that was delivered in unsatisfactory condition?Updated 9 days ago

As we prepare to close our business on July 31, 2025, we want to sincerely thank you for being part of our journey for the past 30 years.

 

IMPORTANT: Effective June 1, 2025, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

The policy and information provided below only apply for customers who purchased prior to June 1, 2025.

If an item is delivered to you in unsatisfactory condition, such as packaging being damaged or contents being exposed, we apologize for the inconvenience and are prepared to assist you with the return process. Oversized items that require a manual return process will be handled by us providing a UPS prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions provided in the email that includes the return label for efficiently processing your return.
